Doug (Kevin James) from The King of Queens is the un-named boyfriend from Flushing, Queens, who dumps Fran Drescher in “one of those crushing scenes” during the opening theme of The Nanny. He did this so that he could marry the much hotter Carrie (Leah Remini).
